Misty Deluxe Package

Hello Noufi, Hello Subash, Wish you all a Very Happy New Year. I finished my trip and reached back home with my family safe today. I am so happy with this trip and its truly a memorable one. My whole hearted thanks to both of you for making this trip a successful one. Initially I had some hiccups with you guys as there was lack of communication. I failed to understand that it was a peak season and how busy you people would be. My apologies for that. I had a lovely stay in Cochin (Hotel Highway Garden). It was a big room, neat and very clean, we enjoyed the say here. The next day in Munnar (Lake Zone holiday resort). It is a excellent place to stay but a little far from the town (takes 1.30 minutes to reach from Munnar town). But its worth travelling this distance. the scenery on the way is amazing and breath taking. On the way we get lot of view points and water falls. The resort is neat and clean the childrens will enjoy the place as they have ducks turkey and rabbit. The room was ok we did not have privacy as the room was very close to the entrance and it does not have balcony. (my understanding is that they did not give the room type that we actually reserved which is mountain view). Off course this was the place suggested by you people and its the best one. The next stay was in Hotel Swagath (Kovallam). Actually we did not enjoy in this hotel. The travel from Munnar to Trivandrum took more then 12 hours it was hectic we were very tired by the time we reached the hotel and did not enjoy anything here. I was not aware it would take so long. You guys promised me an indica and sent an Indigo without charging extra. that’s excellent and thanks for the upgrade. (Our driver was Mr. Jipson )The driver was very good. polite and a nice man. He has lot of patience and explains very well about all the places. He is a good guide than the driver. He took care of us like his own family member. I am very thankful to him. Finally it was the most memorable trip of my life. and I will recommend anyone of my friends and family people travelling to Kerala to please use your services. Attn: Mr. Subash and his team In the first quarter of 2012 I had exchanged some mails with you and had a few phone conversations as well. We had finally entered into an agreement for hiring from Kerala Tourism a 12 seater A/C Traveller as per my requirement for the dates 20th December to 30th December 2012. I wish to advise that my family and I were very pleased with the vehicle provided which was exactly what we needed. Your driver Aneesh is an excellent driver who had the safety of the passengers uppermost in his mind, drove safely and took no chances. He is also very helpful and courteous. We were all very impressed with your staff enquiring ahead of time if Aneesh has been in touch and whether the vehicle has arrived at the appointed hour.
