Dear Ms. Sreelatha, I enjoyed my trip to Kerala to the maximum especially it came during ONAM
festival & the weather was excellent .These are some of my comments & notes regarding the tour. Cochin: The hotel provide us an apartment with good view to
the river, the level of the hotel was low but acceptable for short stay, the hotel service was good Munnar: The road to Munnar was very rough, so to avoid
getting sick, stopping many times during the trip will help to relax. We like the stay in Munnar too much. The hotel location was amazing & the service was
not good in general. Thekkady: this city could be skipped in the plan, but we attended there an ONAM festival show arranged by the government (we arrived
late to it) and we liked the show so much. The hotel service was good and the restaurant too Kumarakom (House boat): I think there are better boats &
service, and u should informed me to choose. The food was not as requested; the lunch and the diner were the same meal!! Kovalam: the road to it was very
long & if I chose I will not put it on my plan the hotel was in a good quite location and I liked there beach and service. Alleppey: in this city we should
stayed more days, the city & the hotel was top in all aspects General comments on all hotels, restaurant providing international food dishes on the buffets
is very important. Finally, thank u for ur outstanding service and pass my tanks to Mr.Paul
