Me and my wife planned a 8 days trip to Kerala. Right from the beginning Nitin was very efficient and prompt to give me options and close them asap, which was necessary given the peak season. Also during our stay although we faced few difficulties with the taxi driver but Nitin and the team from Keala travels were very effective and proactive in solving our problem be it any time of the day. Hello, I had taken a Road Trip of Kerala from the 21st of December to the 30th of December and had availed the facility of Hotel/Resort Booking through Keralatravels.com. Even though I had planned my trip as late as 16-17th of December, Ms Sijina was efficient enough to get me bookings at seven different locations. All the resorts/hotels selected by her were at very good locations and extremely professional in their approach. First of all I would like to say a big thank you to Mr Vishnu and also a fabulous tour guide Mr Nawas. We really appreciate the fantastic itenary that you have planned for my family especially the excellent choices of hotels. The hotels which really impressed my family and of course myself was the Mountain club in Munnar, Poetree Sarovar Portico in Thekkady and also the boat house experience in Allepey. They were really a new experience for me. The scenaries, the carefully chosen locations of the hotels and also the professionalism of the hotel staffs. They were really excellent. Dear Mr. Biju, We appreciate your gesture for the services provided by you for our holiday tour in Kerala. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The driver was very helpful and very supportive knew most of the places and was very well behaved. It was because of the well planning from your side and also because of the driver we could visit all the places not only which we had planned but also places which weren't in our itenery. Thanks for the gesture and a very wonderful trip one which we would remember for a long time. We would just like to give a suggestion, which we feel could be helpful for other trips, i.e. you could just charge for 750 km at first for travel as this would be enough for the route. The hotels were good.
