Ayurveda Treatments we provide:        

Abhyagam  &  Steam  Bath
A  type of  body  massage  using  therapeutic  oils.  The  oil  is  prepared  especially  for  massage  containing  medicinal  essence.  The  body  absorbs  the  medicines  from  the  oil  and  the  whole  massage  takes  45  minutes.
A  natural  bath  using  steam  from  boiled  medicinal  water.  It  removes  the  dirt  and  unwanted  germs  in  the  body.  This  type  of  bath  is  commonly  used  to  reduce  the  fat  in  the  body  and  also  helps  to  prevent  skin  diseases.  The  massage  takes  approximately  10  to  20  minutes.  Rs. 800/-

Udwarthanam
In  this  type  of  massage,  the  body  is  rubbed  with  the  powder  from  several  medical  plants.  The  massage  is  done  on  the  opposite  side  from  the  alignment  and  takes  up  to  45  minutes  to  complete.  This  is  very  useful  for  the  treatment  of  swelling,  pain  and  body  shivers.  Rs. 850/-

Pizhichil
The  medicated  oil  is  dropped  on  to  the  body  from  a  distance  of  nine  inches.  The  oil  is  heated  for  a  long  time  and  then  strained  into  a  cloth  and  poured  onto  the  body.  This  treatment  is  best  used  for  nervous  disorders,  paralysis  and  arthritis.  It  is  also  helpful  in  the  prevention  of  diseases. 

Sirodhara
A  treatment  using  therapeutic  oil,  milk  or  curd  combined   with  medicines.  The  curative  solution  is  poured  slowly  onto  the  head  and  suspended  there  for  40  minutes. It  is  commonly  used  to  treat  disorders  such  as  sleepleness,  brain  disorders  and  psycychic  problems. 

Foot  Massage
As  the  name  indicates (Padam-foot, Abhyngam-massage),  this  is  a  massage  of  the  feet  with  oil  and  medicines.  It  is  used  to  cure  severe  pain  in  the  foot  and  leg  swelling.  It  is  also  useful  in  the  refreshment  of  the  nervous  system.

Head  Massage
This  is  a  massage  of  the  head.  It  is  used  in  the  curing  of  hair  loss,  headaches, dandruff  and  sleeplessness.  It  is  also  good  for  refreshing  a  tired  nervous  system.  It  takes  about  15  minutes  to  complete.  Rs.350/-

Ksheeradhara
This  is  a  treatment  on  the  head  using  milk  and  medicines (ksheera-milk)  It  is  useful  in  treating  headaches, mental  stress,  sleeplessness  and  psychic  problems.  Slightly  heated  ksheera  is  rubbed  onto  the  body.  Additionally  used  in  the  treatment  of  body  pains  and  increasing  the  body  weight.  Normal  treatment  takes  45  minutes.  Rs.1300/-

Podikizhi
Medicine  is  minced  into  a  powder  and  put  into  a  cloth  bowl.  It  is  then  steamed  and  applied  to  the  body  in  short  intervals.  It  is  mainly  used  to  cure  body  pain  and  stress.  Duration  is  45  minutes. Rs.600/-

Njavarakizhi
Njavara  rice  and  milk  are  mixed  together  and  placed  into  a  cloth  which  is  then  pressed  over  the  body.  It  is  useful  in  maintaining  body  temperature  and  increased  weight.

Ilakizhi
A  treatment  with  different  types  of  leaves  and  medicines.  As  with  Podikizhi,  the  medicine  is  put  into  a  cloth  bowl  and  pressed  over  the  body.  It  is  commonly  used  to  treat  arthritis  and  lymphatic  disorders  and  takes  45  minutes  to  complete. Rs.800/-

Nasyam
Nasyam  is  among  the  panchakarma  procedures  and  is  helpful  in  treating  headaches,  paralysis,  mental  disorders  and  some  types  of  skin  diseases.  Herbal  juices  and  medicated  oils  are  applied  through  the  nose.

Sirovasti
Certain  lukewarm  herbal  oils  are  poured  int  a  cap  fitted  on  the  head  and  held  for  15-60  minutes  this  treatment  is  highly  effective  for  facial  paralysis,  dryness  of  nostrils, mouth  and  throat, severe  headaches  and  other  diseases  of  the  head.
