Kativasti
Medicated oil is kept over the lower back with herbal paste boundary for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Treatment : For any type of back pain and spinal disorders.

Yoga
Individual: 8 Euro/Day

Shirodhara
Process of pouring some herbal oils, medicated milk, medicated buttermilk etc. on the forehead for about 45 minutes in a day.
Treatment :For all types of rheumatism, pain in the joints, emaciation of limbs, blood pressure, cholesterol and certain kinds of skin diseases.

Njavarakizhi
A process by which the whole body or any specific part is made to perspire by the application of certain medical puddings externally for about 60 to 90 minutes per day.
Treatment : For Insomnia, Vatha Predominated diseases, mental tension and certain skin diseases.

Treatment 1. Ayurveda charka dhara massage.

In India, Ayurveda means The Science of Life . It is a holistic science that is more than five thousand years old and is believed to be the oldest healing therapy. Ayurveda focuses on prevention, longevity and natural healing. It promotes circulation, increases flexibility and relieves pain and stiffness.
An important part of the Ayurvedic massage is called Chakra Dhara. This consists of dripping approximately one liter of warm herbal oil on the chakras (key energy points of the body) in order to balance the energy flow and purify the body, mind and spirit
Our therapist will skillfully treat your body with an array of repetitive and slow movements such as kneading, squeezing and rubbing. This will eliminate toxins and other impurities trapped inside you. After this treatment you will feel wonderful!

This treatment last 2.5 hours
13.00 hours : Exclusive lunch served on a plantain leaf with sumptuous Kerala delicacies. A special three course light menu is prepared and served in our restaurant or in the lawn as you prefer.

14.00 hours : Treatment- 2. Ocean spa.

Floral and Herbal Facial
This age-old treatment softens, moisturizes and firms the skin while promoting new cell growth. First we apply a refreshing milk cleanser. This is followed by a peeling and exfoliation treatment using a natural herbal scrub.
Next, a face, neck and shoulder massages with a steam treatment followed by manual extraction. Then, as we apply a facemask relax deeply for 15 minutes while it does its wonderful work! The treatment concludes with an application of refreshing iced towel and moisturizing cream.

15:30 hours : Herbal Body Scrub and Therapeutic Bath at our Ocean spa.
Cleaning in depth!
Even though our bodies are washed daily, dead skin remains and clogs the millions of pores allowing the whole body to breathe properly.

Lulu scrub - rice powder, turmeric and sandal wood - moisturizer - fresh yoghurt

16.30 hours : Choice of bath
Bath of milk, fresh flowers and essential oil
Bath of spices - herbs, clove, cinnamon                           
Bath of sea water and star anis.This treatment with bath last 40 minutes
Hair Creme Bath

17.30 hours : Treatment- 3. In Dental clinic
Dental check up and a complete clean of teeth and gums. 40mts.
A special energy juice with light refreshment is given and the package ends there.
