Wondrefull Kerala Trip
Dear Sonia,
Its my pleasure to congratulate you and your team who did a good job for our guest Mr. Abdul Rehman. He talked about 15minutes today and took me to Kerala with lot of memories he had during the trip. He is very much satisfied with the trip as well as his family. They assured me that they will come again to Kerala next year with a good package. The driver and hotel people were very cooperative. He said that he received very good response from Office staffs..Keep it up!! Hats off you Sonia. Keep the good spirit up. He used to travel all over the world and covered most of the places in Europe and Asian Continent. But according to him this is the best trip he ever had.
There are some suggestions from him;
It will be helpful for us if we spend some money to advertise the business in Saudi Arabia. According to him nobody among Saudis aware about Kerala and its amazing beauties, backwaters, sight seeing places. So if are ready to expose it on behalf of public we can expect some more good response.

I am writing this to tell you that we had a wonderful trip to Athirampalli from Kochy and back. Though it was a short holiday we enjoyed it since all the arrangements made by you were excellent. The drive from Kochy was good. The vehicle was in good condition and the driver drove well without causing any anxious moments. The hotel rooms were good value for the money and the food served was to our liking.
My family and myself appreciate your thoughtfullness and efficiency which was clearly seen in the arrangements made. Please continue to do the good work. We wish you and your team all that is best in your life.

Thank you very much for your assistance in helping us get an accomodation at Saagar beach Resort. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly. The complimentary break fast offered was very good indeed even though i had great apprehensions before i started on this trip. The Hotel Manager was also helpful in arranging an excursion to nearby places.
Thank you for your understanding in helping to negotiate the price since we are from a middle class family.

Thank you very much for organising our trip excellently.It was a great experience in the houseboat in Alleppey,we really enjoyed the stay.It was totally a different experience.
Kerala as rightly called as the god's own country and it was a life time oppurtunity to be in such a beautiful place.
Unfortunately for us, the wheather was on the hotter side so we couldn't enjoy fully in Munnar and Trivandrum.
Overall,it was a great feeling to be in such a place.People are very nice in Kerala and almost every one can speak and understand english in a communicable way,so we have not faced any problem anywhere,thanks to 100% literacy rate.
About the arrangements you have made,the taxi was good,good in the sense not faced any trouble with the vehicle,driver babu was very kind and helpful.
We were not really convinced with the Green Ridge hotel in Munnar.Doesn't matter if it is a non AC but atleast if a ceiling would have made us happy there because it was very hot that day and there was no fan.
A hotel by name T & U was good in Munnar.
Overall it was a pleasure trip and we all enjoyed the whole trip a big thanks to Kerala.com and other crew.
Thank you very much and look forward to visit this beautiful place again.
