Awesome Kerala
Hi, I am Reuben. I had a wonderful experience when using a travel package from Kerala.com. Me, my sister and my mom visited India and decided to book a tour with Kerala.com. I was very surprised on the quality of many of the hotels. There was one hotel that was not the greatest but it was because the hotel they planned had to be changed last minute. I am sure that if we stayed at the planned hotel it would of been great. All the other hotels had amazing service and luxury rooms. All the hotels were at least 4 stars. My favorite experiences were Munnar and the houseboat. Munnar consisted of beautiful mountains with amazing mist along with tea plantations. The hotel I stayed in had the best view of Munnar. The houseboat was a hotel on a boat that took us back to Cochin/Kochi, our waiter/cook on the boat was superb, he specifically made the food we wanted and was a great host. After our trip we visited the Kerala.com office and was greeted very friendly ! They took pictures and gave us a very nice present.
My driver was also one of my favorite parts of the trip. He did an extremely good job and was very friendly. He did extra things not required for my family and was funny and did an awesome job of showing us around, I think he should be congratulated for what a great job he did.
Overall I am very glad that I chose Kerala.com to plan my trip, almost everything was excellent. I am planning on visiting India again soon and will definitely plan a tour with Kerala.com again!

The local representative was very friendly and welcoming. The driver Binu was very reliable and very good service provided. The transport has very good facility. The T&U Leisure Hotel gives very good service. The journey was a good experience and service.

The local representative of Keralatravels did good service and introduced to driver. The transport was good and covered expected locations. The driving was excellent and prompt. Better accommodation and good location. We are happy to visit this location and we will plan to visit again. We enjoy a lot.

Every little question was answered no matter how minor it was. Your professional and caring attitude made this all possible. as your plan my honey moon trip was started from Cochin than we went to Munnar and other places everywhere the best hotel was provided by you thanks for that my dear my wife was also too happy with all hotels and resorts you booked for us.
and at last of the package full day and night on houseboat was really the wonderful experience for us both AND THANKS FOR THAT HONEYMOON CAKE IT WAS AMAZING EXPERIENCE TO CELEBRATE IT AT A HOUSEBOAT, OVERALL I WOULD SAY THAT IT WAS REALLY A MAGICAL TRIP.
I will be booking a Holiday trip for my family also in future I can say Diya at "Kerala.com" Travel will be doing it all!! Diya thanx dear for all that.
