People Skills: With respect to handling people, Mohana showed very good capacity. On realising that I might not be able to go to the resort of my desire, I lost my desire to go for the trip. However Mohana was able to show me other good resorts and handle my disappointment well. She has very good people skills. On a scale of 5, I would give 5.
Market Leadership: Yes Mohana is quite the salesperson, she was able to convince me to choose alternate resort. And explain in detail about other options of travel in Kerela. I would give a 4 out of 5.
Business Knowledge: Mohana had a good command over the different places, hotels and weather in Kerala. I would give a 5 out of 5.
All in all, it has been a pleasure to choose Kerela travels and I will recommend it to my friends. I already have and they have already used Kerela Travels, for a home stay in Kalpetta.

My wife and I were looking forward to holidaying in kerala for the last three years. Finally, it had to happen through Kerala.com! They say that one can like or dislike a place based on the experience that one gets in that city or place. Your organisation was amazing when it came to understanding our needs. Diya made just the right package for us after diligently understanding what in Kerala we would like to experience. Right from the friendly negotiations, proactive suggestions, quality of the driver who was with us for all of the three days, the kind of hotels, to flexibility in payments, upgradation of the rooms, etc, it was all planned just to our taste, comfort and budget. As a family, we had an awesome experience and wish to come to Kerala every year. And why should it not be through you guys again...?
The driver given by Keralatravels is a very good person. The transport was also very good. All the hotels visited are good with beautiful scenaries
The driver provided by Keralatravels is very nice and helpful. He has excellent knowledge of the area and kept us informed well. The transportation is great and very compatible. Tea County Resort is very good. Overall Keralatravels has been a good travel operator.
I had a splendid trip. I loved the location and the property Woodpecker Munnar. The approach road was an exciting drive. I came with a group of Egyptian friends and they loved it, it was unforgettable stay for them.
I must take time to commend the extremely knowledgeable staff, eager to help and always of assistance. I only dined in once and it was good too.
Iam definitely coming back and also recommending the same to my friends.
