In the first quarter of 2012 I had exchanged some mails with you and had a few phone conversations as well. We had finally entered into an agreement for hiring from Kerala Tourism a 12 seater A/C Traveller as per my requirement for the dates 20th December to 30th December 2012.
I wish to advise that my family and I were very pleased with the vehicle provided which was exactly what we needed. Your driver Aneesh is an excellent driver who had the safety of the passengers uppermost in his mind, drove safely and took no chances. He is also very helpful and courteous.
We were all very impressed with your staff enquiring ahead of time if Aneesh has been in touch and whether the vehicle has arrived at the appointed hour.
Thank you all for making our holiday a memorable one.
