Visit to Fort Cochin
Malabar House was a beautiful hotel in prime location for morning and evening walks. We enjoyed an afternoon dip in the courtyard pool. The fixed price menu was delicious with many different seafoods highlighted. Very nice presentation.
Joseph was very conscientious. He tracked us down when we were several hours late on arrival due to shopping. He greeted us at the hotel and was polite and clear about answering questions, tipping and places to visit. The information was very helpful.

The hospitality of the house boat staff (Mr Srijith,Mr Biju, Mr Sanish) is very good and also the taxi driver (Mr Vijith ) behaved in an more professional way also guided us with good places for sightseeing.

I was away from Chennai on business all these days and even though I wanted to write to you before leaving, I could not do so.
Though belated, kindly accept our heartfelt gratitude and acknowledgement to you and your team for all the services rendered by you in connection with our reunion at Kumarakon on 6th, 7th and 8th February 2009. You had guided and helped me right from the beginning from identifying the cottages till finalization of our program and also our smooth holiday at Kumarakom. You were untiringly finding answers to all our queries including embarrassing ones and helped us take right decisions throughout.
You were kind enough to depute your representative Mr.Afsal who took pains to receive us at Kottayam as early as 4.30 a.m. and take us to Kumarakom and help us settled smoothly.
The cottages identified by you were good. Paddy Resorts provided us with excellent services and delicious food as well. We never expected the vegetarian food would be so tasteful. They had also made all arrangements to our exacting requirements, as per your instructions. Every one of us enjoyed the tour very much. We will have no hesitation to recommend Paddy Resorts to others. Cruise N Lake, the other resort was also equally good, even though the approach to the resort was on narrow lane, causing us anxiety sometimes.
