Sree Subramania Ayurvedic Nursing Home was founded by Late Sri.Thekkayil Achuthan Vaidyar, a great ayurvedic physician of all time and Late Sri. Kaviraj. T. P vaidyar, a well-known ayurvedic physician and a remarkable scholar from the Thekkayil family, who was a ‘Kaviraj’ from Bengal and had the reputation of being an excellent Sanskrit and Vedic scholar.

About Thekkayil Family

Late Sri.Thekkayil Achuthan Vaidyar was a great ayurvedic physician of all time and late Sri. Kaviraj. T. P vaidyar was also a remarkable figure among chronological order of vaidyas in Thekkayil family who passed "Kaviraj" from Bengal, he also holds the reputation of being an excellent Sanskrit and vedic scholar. Now the Thekkayil familys traditional treatment is in the hands of Thekkayil Rajaratnam Vaidyar. Those patients who are left in the mid road of treatment by other physicians in different orders were taken up by this great physician who had given curative properties and brought back to normal life is worth mentioning. This process is still continuing.
