Kerala Trip

Kerala Trip

Dear Afsal, Am back in Mumbai, sorry I didn't write yesterday but was inundated with work! Many thanks for all the arrangements made, everything was great and went off smoothly. Just thought I would let you have a little feedback: - The driver was really good, friendly and very helpful. Also many thanks for the Indigo. - Nyle Plaza was clean and the food good, though the room was a bit small for 3 adults. - Carmelia Haven is a lovely property even though it was a bit far from Thekkady/Periyar. - The houseboat was great and we all enjoyed that a lot. - However Allepey I think we could have skipped; didn't like it much and nothing really to do there. - The room at Pagoda was big but that was it: the service wasn't great (it took us 2 hours to get a jug of water), all the locks in the room were faulty and the bathroom door was so defective that we needed a key to open the door from the outside and though we were informed that hot water was available between 6am-10am, my husband didn't get any hot water at 9am. It would have been useful if you had informed us that Munnar was not too far from Thekkady and perhaps a night or 2 here instead of Allepey would have been better. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and once again, many thanks for your assistance and arrangements.

Munnar-Thekkady Trip

Dear Mohana, Hi this is pradeep, hope you remember me, i had booked for Munnar and Thekkadi as well as vehicle from your organization. The room accommodation provided at Munnar and Thekkadi was extremely pleasing and the vehicle provided for the tour was also extremely good and the driver was amicable and helped ur a lot and he was well versed with all the placed (sight seeing) and took us to almost all the places. I have thanked him a lot and also informed Soniya the travel agents desk at Ernakulum. So once i am mailing you with my feedback that over all service of the rooms, vehicle was fabulous and we are interested in referring the same to our colleagues and friends about the kerala.com. thanks for the constant support, i sincerely thank Mohana for the immediate replies and response.
